By using our website or booking with ARC Cleaners, you accept these Terms & Conditions.

1. Quotes

• All quotes are valid for 30 days.

• Quotes may be updated if the property differs from your description.

2. Booking & Access

Clients may book via form, phone, or email.
ARC Cleaners must confirm all bookings.

​

Clients must ensure:

• All areas are accessible and cleared before cleaning.

• Moving large furniture or cleaning underneath it is available at extra cost.

• Safe access and working conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Additional charges apply where more time or extra services are required.

• Payment must be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

• Late payments may incur administrative fees.

4. Insurance

ARC Cleaners holds Public Liability Insurance up to £1,000,000.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancelling within 24 hours of the appointment: £20 fee

• Cancelling before 24 hours: No fee

• No-shows may be charged the full estimated cost.

6. Refund & Satisfaction Policy

• If dissatisfied, contact us within 48 hours.

• We will re-clean the affected area free of charge.

• Refunds are provided only if the issue cannot be resolved through re-cleaning.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Items damaged due to age or wear

• Damage caused by inaccurate property information

• Hazards or unsafe property conditions

Liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Changes

ARC Cleaners may update these terms at any time.
